Blog Tag: Five Things You Don’t Know About Me

Posted by admin on December 18, 2006 in SEO Theory

Halfdeck tagged me. I was sort of hoping to stay out of this one because I cannot think of five things that people in the online world don’t know about me (that I would not mind people knowing).

  1. I dropped out of high school in the 9th grade because I had persuaded my parents to send me to a private school where I could meet a really cute girl whose picture I had seen in the local newspaper. Met the girl, fell madly in love, had to move away.
  2. My sister once asked me to check on her horse when she spent the night at a friend’s house. Took me 30 minutes to chase him into the barn around midnight.
  3. My ex-wife asked me to feed her horses one day. I accidently let them out and had to herd them with a Chevette. Mother-in-law got the horses to come in with a bucket of oats.
  4. The damned male horse dragged me into every tree he could find after that day.
  5. When I finally realized I needed a college education, I flunked Algebra 101 (because I had never learned High School algebra) in about 3 weeks. I spent a weekend teaching myself algebra with a high school textbook and squeaked through two years of college math to earn 2 (almost 4) degrees.

And now I’ll tag Connie Shelton, Brad Enslen, SEO Black Hat, Jaan Kanellis, and Jaimie Sirovich.

Let’s see who is reading my new blog….
